The Treasures of the Abbey St. Valerie

 Masterpiece of Romanesque art , the abbey Sainte -Valérie is rich in many treasures :

     - Its two bell towers among which one strengthened and its sanctuary

     - the stalls and the gate of carved wooden choir

     - Its Treasury: the bust reliquary of Holy Valérie, a martyr who would have been beheaded to have preferred a contemplative life to a marriage arranged with a rich Roman proconsul.
